In business for over 43 years, few know the world of valve solutions or valve automation like we do.
A brief history
Formed in Newbury, England, in 1978 and originally called HS Pipequipment, we’ve spent the last 43 years developing our know-how, building close industry relationships, and refining our services.
After being acquired by Edgen Group in 2012 and then Sumitomo Corporation in 2013 the company was renamed HSP Valves Group to give clarity on the business focus. Today, the company is once again independent and our team of 45, based in seven key industry centres across the globe, serve clients in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific including China and Malaysia.
