With established offices and operations in the UK, Middle East and Asia Pacific we support customers in all parts of the World. Our UK Hub is close to the European Supply Chain and our International Facilities and Office across the Middle East and in South East Asia provide our customers with experienced local support.

Facilities

In the UK, our main 13,500 sqft facility in Aberdeen supports our local, European and international clients. We set up its test capability in 2015 to support the output of quality valves and invested in the latest technology to offer clients the most advanced valve-testing capabilities including:     

  • hydrostatic and gas testing – two test bunkers feature the latest computerised valve-testing technology
  • a safe and secure testing environment for staff and visiting inspectors – test cells offer 100% physical protection during test cycles
  • fully automated test programmes, computer controlled logic, in line with industry and client standards
  • multiple HD cameras, with remote-view capability and live 360° degree view
  • digital and visible leakage measurement
  • non-clamping design with computer controlled loading and sealing on internal bore
  • 3-station rig to reduce lead times and costs
  • FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and DP of actuated packages.

In each of our facilities, you’ll find detail-oriented and quick-to-respond teams. And teams with fast-track capabilities, focused on getting things right (including documentation) on time, first time, and every time.

Our state-of-the-art facility’s enhanced flexibility significantly improves our response times to clients fast-track requirements when valves require modifying and additional testing.

Carrying out FAT and DP of actuated packages in-house allows clients to remotely observe valve testing, without an on-site inspector. This cuts costs, saves time, and reduces HSE risks for inspectors.

Whatever you need

Our Valve Automation Centre stocks pneumatic and hydraulic components for fast-track parts or builds. Meanwhile, our independent stocks of manufacturer components/parts include limit switches, filter regulators, solenoids, flow0control valves, pilot valves, quick-exhaust valves, non-return valves, and safety-relief valves.

Our 112,000 sqft UAE facility in the Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai operates as our Middle East and Asia Pacific hub, supporting clients across the region. Similar to our Aberdeen facility, it has a 16,800 sqft workshop offering hydrostatic and gas testing, as well as two test bunkers offering FAT and DP of actuated packages.

Our extensive laydown area, with a 10 tonne overhead gantry crane, provides one of the most extensive valve automation facilities in the UAE, making it ideal for large-bore or high volumes of valves.

The facility also contains 5,000 sqft of office space for our regional sales, project management, and operations teams, as well as our eastern hemisphere leadership team.

Automation

Involved in valve automation for nearly 45 years, we’re considered industry-leading experts.

From the smallest to the largest actuators, we offer a complete design capability – be it simple or complex pneumatic or hydraulic instrument control systems. 

We provide clients across the world with valve automation solutions, and because we’re entirely independent you’ll always receive the best solution for your requirements.

We supply actuator control systems as part of an overall package or to suit your existing actuator. That means everything from basic single solenoid control panels, enclosed breather systems, and simple switch boxes to multi-solenoid ESDV cabinets with partial stroke abilities, to fully integrated HIPPS systems.

And thanks to our extensive inventory of control components, we’re well-known for our fast-track capabilities. 

Integration

HSP provides the full range of automation services to valve OEMs and end-users – from supplying valve and actuator solutions to actuator and controls, to controls only, or simply integration and testing. Whatever you need, we can do it all.
