HSP Valves appoints Nicki Webster as General Manager UK

HSP Valves is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicki as General Manager UK, reinforcing the company’s continued investment in leadership, operational capability and long-term growth across the UK market.

Nicki has been with HSP for four years, playing a pivotal role in shaping both UK and Middle East operations. During this time, he has led the expansion of HSP’s UK workshop facility while also driving meaningful improvements across workshop operations in the Middle East, strengthening performance, consistency and delivery capability across the business.

With more than 22 years of engineering experience in the energy sector — beginning his career as a Mechanical Apprentice — Nicki brings deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to leadership. His experience spans engineering, operations and delivery, underpinned by a strong understanding of what is required to support customers in complex, high-demand environments.

In his new role as General Manager UK, Nicki will oversee HSP’s national operational strategy, leading the continued development of the UK team while building on the strong foundations already in place. He will play a key role in ensuring HSP continues to deliver reliable, high-quality valve and automation solutions, while further strengthening collaboration across the company’s UK, Middle East and India operations.
